PRO-STYLE DYNAMIC BOOTCAMP FITNESS & NUTRITION PROGRAM

It’s an outdoor group exercise program of fitness instruction, motivational training and nutritional counseling. You will be inspired and pushed, taking your body to the next level!!!  Workouts are designed daily, making your experience fun, exciting and best of all very challenging.

WHAT CAN I ACHIEVE FROM BOOTCAMP?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and making a dramatic improvement in your physical appearance and well-being. Boot Camp exercises are designed to:

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY NUTRITION PACKET & WHAT TO EXPECT?

Diets will be provided upon registration to the Boot Camp program.

  • High protein
  • Low Carbs & Calories
  • 5-6 meals daily (small Portions)
  • Weekly Diet Revisions (Mandatory)
  • Monthly Assessments
  • Monthly Body Fat Composition
  • FREE Nutrition Seminar (Bi-Monthly): All guests must be accompanied by a Pro-Style Dynamic Boot Camp Member.

All children under 12 must be accompanied by parents at all times.
