Lat Pulldown: 20 reps at 180 lbs -- 3 sets
Seated Row: 20 reps at 140 lbs -- 3 sets
Cable: Standing abs twist 20 reps Each side at 120lbs -- 3 sets
Dumbell Bicep curl 20 reps each arm at 40 lbs then drop down to 30 lbs and do 20 more reps and finish with 3 sets of wide push ups
Straight bar: Bicep curl 70-100lbs 20 reps -- 3 sets
